Tornado Warnings, Flooding, and Power Outages Slam New Jersey

Yesterday’s storm in Jersey was no joke. We were hit with everything lash floods, downed trees, suspended NJ Transit service, and even tornado warnings in areas like Plainfield and Gloucester County. At one point, 22,600+ homes were without power. I was stuck near Manchester when over 5 inches of rain fell in two hours. Absolute chaos. If you're flying out of Newark, expect delays, some arrivals were backed up over 3.5 hours.

This was one of the worst summer weather days I’ve seen in years. Island Beach State Park even shut down early. If you were in the area, how did you manage? Anyone actually experience the tornado conditions?
