Called my mom earlier and suddenly I start hearing my dad talking, even though he wasn’t on the call. He could hear me too, but my mom couldn’t hear him. Both of them have S22s on T-Mobile and I always thought this kind of thing was impossible with encrypted calls.
Turns out he wasn’t even on the phone. He was down the hall and mom was on speaker, so it must’ve been some strange mix of acoustics and noise cancellation messing with my head. Wild moment though.
