I only booked a capsule hotel because everything else was either full or way out of my budget. Honestly thought it would feel like sleeping in a drawer.
When I got there, it was small but super clean. Shoes off at the entrance, quiet hallways, soft lighting. The capsule itself had just enough space to lie down, charge my phone, and breathe.
At first I felt a little trapped. Then something shifted. No noise. No clutter. No distractions. I slept better than I expected and woke up weirdly calm.
The shared bathrooms were spotless and everyone respected the quiet rules.
I used to think comfort meant a big room. This stay kind of changed my mind. Sometimes less space actually feels more peaceful.
Not for everyone, but I’d definitely do it again.
