Recent United airlines Polaris review
ORD - FCO and FCO - ORD
Family of 6. My wife and I plus our 4 year old and then our 1 year old in lap. Grandma and brother-in-law also were with us. Seats 1D, 1F, 1L, 2D, and 2F.

row 1 - 9/10
row 2 - 7/10 (smaller foot well and aisle facing)
Service
ORD - FCO 4/10 (one very loud FA all night screaming and laughing on the phone)
FCO - ORD 9/10 all FAs were very kind, attentive, and helpful.
Food
ORD - FCO 8/10 great short rib and ice cream
FCO-ORD 6/10 bland but fine
Amenities
Same for both 6/10 nothing special
Lounge
Polaris lounge was closed in ORD club lounge was packed!
FCO Prima Vista lounge was nice. Good coffee (to be expected in italy)
The trade off for extra leg room was great in row 1 for the return but the outbound was miserable with the FA quite literally screaming on the phone and laughing so loud my NC headphones were almost useless. Maybe being a few rows back would have helped with this.
