Thinking about a 14 hour FlixBus trip… what’s it actually like?

I’m looking at taking a FlixBus from Switzerland to Rome and it’s showing around a 14 hour trip. I’ve never done a bus ride that long before.

For anyone who’s done something similar, how does it usually work? Is it one long ride or lots of short stops? Do they stop for food or bathroom breaks, or is it mostly just quick drop offs in cities?

Trying to figure out if this is doable or if I’m being way too optimistic 😅
