Hello,
I will be flying with Scandinavian Airlines and have a long layover in Copenhagen of about 20 hours before my next flight to Munich.
I have a few questions:
Is it safe to explore the city at night? If yes, what places are usually open and what activities would you recommend during nighttime?
I am interested in exploring the city on foot, not biking. I would like to visit some parks, walk around the city, possibly join a city tour if available, and find a nice spot to watch the sunset. Recommendations for good vegetarian or vegan restaurants for lunch and dinner would also be helpful.
This will be my first time in Copenhagen, and I have a valid Schengen visa so I can leave the airport.
Also, how strict is Scandinavian Airlines with their baggage policy? Do they usually check or weigh backpacks and cabin bags?
Thanks in advance.
