Had a guest a few months ago who complained about everything the room, the tea taking too long, even the neighborhood. They checked out early, and we didn’t charge them. A week later, both left 1-star reviews full of fake details.
Out of curiosity, I looked up her profile hundreds of reviews, and 98% are 1-stars. It’s honestly become my little hobby checking what business she’s trashing next. 😂
