I recently traveled to Thailand with my family of 6 and used my HDFC Bank Regalia Gold credit card for lounge access.
Based on suggestions from this sub, I generated individual QR codes for each family member, ensuring the names matched their passports. We booked lounge access through the TFS website and presented the QR codes at the 080 International Lounge.
They verified everything and allowed all six of us in without asking for any credit card. We enjoyed the food, and each person received two drink vouchers as well.
We also tried the same process at the arrival lounge and were granted access without any issues. Any small charges (₹2) were refunded later.
