Honestly love this kind of thing. As a foreigner in Singapore, the PayNow only stalls can be stressful, especially when there’s a line behind you and you’re fumbling for cash or asking for a UEN. Been there way too many times.
This guy built a free app called SnapUEN to scan PayNow and SGQR details so foreigners can actually pay without slowing everything down. Built it out of personal frustration, which usually means it actually solves a real problem. Super thoughtful Christmas gift to anyone visiting SG and living on hawker food.
