Live in NYC and have flown into JFK a ton, but T4 pickup last night was a mess.
It was around 2:30am. Multiple Ubers showed as “arriving” or “here” but I walked up and down the pickup area and they were nowhere. Some didn’t answer calls, others kept saying “be there soon.” I had to cancel a few.
Ended up waiting about 45 minutes and finally paid more for a pricier Uber just to get home to Bushwick.
My rating is 4.86 so I don’t think that’s the issue.
Is there something weird about T4 rideshare pickup lately? Are drivers avoiding short trips into Brooklyn or something? Never had this happen before.
