T5 Gold Lounge extremely busy on a normal Thursday. Why is it so crowded?

I’m a bit confused. It’s a normal Thursday lunchtime, not a holiday or school break, yet the T5 Gold Lounge is absolutely packed.

Since the recent changes, I expected things to be smoother after the Economy reorganisation, but it feels busier than ever.

Has anyone else noticed this? Did lounge crowding get worse recently or is there another reason for it?
