Currently at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok (points + suite upgrade) and had the same thing happen at Park Hyatt Saigon before this. Both times I was told I had to move out of my suite at noon and switch to a courtesy room to keep the 4PM Globalist checkout.
Never had this happen outside Southeast Asia. Anyone know if this actually follows Hyatt policy?
