I'm new to this community, so feel free to let me know if I've missed any posting rules.
I held American Airlines ConciergeKey (CK) status for five years, but after earning around 450,000 Loyalty Points last year, I wasn't invited back. That was enough to convince me it was time to give United a try.
So far, I've been pleasantly surprised. Starlink Wi-Fi has been a huge upgrade, the boarding process feels smoother, and I prefer the Polaris Lounges over American's Flagship Lounges.
The only drawback I've noticed is United's 75,000-mile earning cap per trip, which feels outdated compared with American and Delta, both of which no longer have that limitation.
Now my goal is to earn Global Services (GS). If anyone has advice on maximizing my chances, I'd love to hear it. My only regret is switching halfway through the year, since some of that flying could have counted toward GS instead of going to American.
