Every time I fly SWISS, especially long-haul in Business, I’m reminded how quietly excellent they are. It’s not showy or filled with gimmicks like some other carriers. The vibe is calm, the service is confident but never overbearing, and that little square of Lindt chocolate at the end of the meal just feels... right. Even in economy, you get that distinct this is being done properly” feeling. Zurich airport is a dream for connections, too.
Honestly, if every airline operated with this kind of clarity and consistency, travel would be a lot less stressful.
