Had an important wedding on the 20th. SWISS sent my bag to the Netherlands by mistake. Amsterdam staff promised it would reach my airport by 1:30 p.m. I drove 1.5 hours, waited 2 more, nothing showed. Turns out it was never even loaded.
By the time I got back, the ceremony was over. Ended up at the reception in shorts and a T-shirt I’d just bought. Later that night I get a call from Baku Airport saying my bag was in Azerbaijan.
Paid 400 francs plus an upgrade for this? Brutal.
