Booked 4 rooms for clients at Raffles The Palm, and they got bumped to a massive 4-bedroom Royal Villa (10,225 sq ft). For 3 nights that’s worth around 10L, basically 5x the booking value. Hotel also threw in lounge access, welcome goodies, and even a birthday cake. Clients were beyond happy.
