Got my Summit Visa 100k companion discount and was pretty pumped to use it, except I can’t. Tried multiple times and keep getting “unable to complete at this time” at checkout. Called customer service, got escalated, and was told it’s a known tech issue with no ETA. Their advice? “Try again once or twice a day.”
Kinda wild that the big new credit card perk from the rebrand doesn’t even work. Anyone else having the same problem?
