I’m a student in the UK and recently traveled by FlixBus from Manchester Airport to Leeds on April 23rd, with a stop in Bradford along the way.
When I arrived at Leeds, I discovered that my suitcase was missing. It contained my laptop (which I urgently need for my final-year thesis submission), clothing, jewelry, and other personal belongings, as well as food from my home country.
I reported the issue on the same day, but after a week there has been no recovery of my luggage. I believe CCTV from the route or stops could potentially help identify what happened.
The loss of my laptop in particular has significantly disrupted my studies, and I now need to request an extension while also replacing my device.
