Just landed at Harrisburg (MDT) and we’ve been sitting on the plane at the gate for about two hours now.
Jet bridge isn’t working, apparently no one on site is qualified to move the plane to another gate, and there are no stairs available. So we’re just stuck onboard.
What’s really frustrating is there are hungry babies on the flight and the crew hasn’t checked on passengers or given meaningful updates.
For those who’ve dealt with something like this, who do you actually file a formal complaint with? American? The airport? DOT?
Asking for a lot of very unhappy people on this plane.
