Tried to use the Chase StubHub credit to take my niece to see The Nutcracker. First time ever using StubHub and honestly, probably the last.
They kept saying tickets could arrive very late. We waited. And waited. An hour before the show, still no tickets. Nothing ever showed up.
StubHub did refund the money, but that doesn’t fix the experience. My niece was crushed, and the whole night was ruined. It basically turns that $150 “benefit” into something I’ll never trust or use again.
Between benefits getting worse and costs going up, this was kind of the final straw for me.
