I’m staying at a Comfort Inn in New Orleans for a 5-night work trip, with the same room booked throughout my stay.
After returning to my room and using my key card as usual, I found several unusual things: the lights were on, doors and drawers were left open, the microwave was open, and some of my toiletries appeared to be missing.
Fortunately, I hadn’t left anything valuable in the room, but the situation felt very strange. I reported it to the front desk, but they said nothing matching my items was found in lost and found, which adds to the confusion.
