Our flight is currently being held up because the yellow boarding stairs are stuck inside a hatch on the aircraft. Around 15 to 20 staff members have come over, looked at the issue, taken photos, and then walked away without fixing anything.
Passengers were already transported to the plane on a remote stand, and people are getting frustrated due to the lack of communication. There is still no clear update on whether the flight will be delayed, cancelled, or continue as planned.
Even the police have shown up and appear to be taking photos of the situation.
