Flight to Düsseldorf got cancelled this morning and we were stuck in a huge queue for hours with no response from phone or chat.
Looked pretty bad at first since the next flight was full.
Then randomly the cancelled flight showed back up with a new departure time later in the day, so now just waiting and hoping it actually goes.
Ended up being a 14 hour layover, but at least Emirates added meal vouchers automatically so didn’t have to deal with that queue.
Pretty stressful overall but seems like it might work out.
