Stranded for days because AA couldn’t staff a crew, Isom has to go

Longtime AA customer here. Status, AA credit cards, based in DFW, fly for both work and personal trips. I’ve put up with a lot over the years, but this finally broke me.

Just spent four days stuck in MCO hotels trying to get back to DFW on a round trip ticket. The kicker is the aircraft was sitting there the whole time. AA just couldn’t get a crew to operate it.

At some point this stops being bad luck or weather or “operational challenges” and starts being a management failure. I’ve defended AA for a long time, but I’m out of patience and confidence.

Isom needs to go and the airline needs a serious top down reset. This shouldn’t be normal.
