I have a single booking with Starlux Airlines: MNL → TPE → LAX.
I’m wondering if my carry-on baggage will be checked or weighed again during the layover in Taipei. The allowance is 7kg, and I might change clothes during transit, so the bag could end up slightly heavier afterward.
Will they recheck hand luggage weight at the transfer point, or is it only checked at the initial departure?
