I’m flying from Manila to Taiwan soon and I’m a bit worried about my hand carry. The size limit is 56 × 36 × 23 cm, but mine is slightly over in width by about 2–3 cm.
I’m trying to figure out if they actually measure cabin bags or if they focus more on weight instead. I don’t want to get stopped at the airport or be forced to check it in last minute.
Has anyone flown with them recently and knows how strict they are?
