Flew SQ business from ICN to SGP and honestly the cabin crew experience was disappointing compared to what I usually expect.
When my main was served, the crew asked if I wanted garlic bread but didn’t even wait for an answer before putting it on my plate. Then immediately asked “one more?” and again placed it there before I could respond. Same thing with the pralines. I wasn’t really given a choice, it just happened.
On top of that, the crew spoke very softly and mumbled when translating into Korean. I speak Korean fluently and there were moments I genuinely couldn’t understand what was being said.
What made it more noticeable was that my SGP to ICN flight was great. Clear communication, calm pace, friendly service. Night and day difference.
Not a terrible flight, but definitely not the level of service I expect from SQ business.
