Southwest new boarding is making A-List feel pointless

I’m A-List Preferred and honestly this new boarding setup just killed the whole perk for me.

Before, at least you had a clear spot in line. Now it feels like you have to show up super early and just stand around if you want any priority.

If not, you board later, then deal with no overhead space and the usual shuffle.

And free WiFi for everyone… cool, but that was one of the few things that felt like a real benefit before.

Starting to feel like there’s no real reason to stay loyal.
