Looks like Southwest’s finally getting serious about airport lounges. CEO Bob Jordan told CNBC they’re “actively pursuing” a full lounge network and already got approval for one at Honolulu Airport.
They’re working with Chase (their credit card partner) to tie lounge access to a future premium card. No dates yet, but sounds like this could be a real thing.
