I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience involving Southwest Airlines.
On a flight from Seattle to El Paso, the airline lost my checked suitcase. The estimated value of everything inside was around $1,500, including the suitcase itself.
After filing the claim, the compensation they offered was only a $150 travel voucher, which is barely enough to replace the suitcase alone, let alone everything that was inside it.
At this point I am trying to figure out what my next step should be because the offer feels completely inadequate compared to the actual value of the lost belongings.
