Yeah, this “analysis” headline feels like it’s stating the obvious. Most of us on here figured it out the moment Southwest rolled out all their recent changes.
Fares going up, fare structures looking more like legacy carriers, fewer freebies and perks that once made SW feel different that’s exactly what people have been talking about for ages.
Maybe it took a Wall Street article to put it in that formal language, but honestly the change in vibe has been real for a while.
