I recently flew several Southwest flights and noticed something amusing with the gate signage setup.
Before boarding in Denver, I lined up near what looked like the correct spot for my boarding category. Once the signs activated, I realized I had picked the wrong side and had to move to the other line, ending up near the back.
On my connection through Las Vegas, I thought I had learned from the previous mistake and confidently chose the opposite side. Then the signs switched positions again, and I had to move all over again.
A week later on another flight, the setup changed yet again. At this point it feels like the gate signs are personally targeting me. At least all the walking back and forth adds a few extra steps for the day.
