Southwest canceled my flight and I cannot even rebook through the app

My Southwest flight was canceled and I am trying to get rebooked, but the app has been making the whole process even more frustrating.

I keep running into issues trying to change or rebook my itinerary and cannot seem to get it to work properly. At this point I am spending more time fighting the app than dealing with the actual cancellation.

Has anyone else run into this recently? Did you have better luck using the website, calling support, or handling it another way?
