Southwest Airlines to end nonstop flights between Tulsa and St. Louis

Southwest Airlines is discontinuing its nonstop service between Tulsa (TUL) and St. Louis (STL) as of March 6, 2026, as part of its broader route restructuring. The airline will simultaneously increase flights from Tulsa to Chicago–Midway and Nashville, doubling the current frequency to both cities. Tulsa airport officials emphasized confidence in Southwest’s continued commitment to the region, despite the loss of STL service. Passengers affected by the change still have viable one-stop options via cities like Dallas, Houston, and Denver.
