Southwest Airlines Moves Forward With Change at St. Louis Airport

Southwest Airlines is reducing its flight schedule at St. Louis Lambert International Airport by about 2% this fall, cutting around 247 flights. Most of the reductions will affect routes to the West Coast, while some East Coast services will be increased. In addition to these cuts, Southwest is also planning to move all of its operations from Terminal 1 to the newer Terminal 2 later this year as part of an airport-wide terminal consolidation effort.
