Flew Air India 131 from Mumbai to London and ran into a frustrating situation at baggage claim.
Waited at the carousel until all the bags came out but mine never showed up. The only thing left was an identical suitcase, which makes it look like another passenger probably grabbed mine by mistake.
Filed a report with the baggage service desk at Heathrow, but still trying to figure out what else can be done while waiting for updates.
Has anyone had this happen before where bags got swapped like this?
