I was scanning my key card to get into the M Club today and someone who was clearly waiting nearby rushed up and walked in right behind me.
It felt awkward to stop him and ask if he was allowed, so I didn’t say anything. But it was pretty obvious he didn’t have access. He was hanging around a few feet away like he was just waiting for someone to open the door.
Curious how others handle this. Do you call it out? Let staff deal with it? Or just let it go and move on?
