My boyfriend’s ex has been able to monitor his flights whenever he travels, and it has happened on at least two JetBlue trips.
She receives alerts about his entire itinerary, including flight details, gate changes, and even destination information. She was also able to obtain my personal information after we booked a flight together.
I contacted JetBlue to ask whether anyone is allowed to access passenger flight information or whether there is a record of such inquiries, and they told me there isn’t.
I’m trying to understand how she might be getting this level of access to his travel details. Any ideas or explanations would be helpful.
