Met a guy while traveling in Brazil and we had the best 3 days together felt magical. Later we planned to meet again in another South American country, and it was awful. He was rude, cold, and totally different around his friends. Treated me badly the whole time.
Lesson learned: don’t over-romanticize travel flings. Sometimes they only feel special because they’re short-lived.
