Just flew United’s 787-9 from Chicago to London and was pleasantly surprised. Seat felt modern and roomy, IFE was solid and up to date, and the crew kept things calm and professional the whole way. Meals were just okay, but the bedding kit really helped on the overnight. Not perfect, but definitely one of my smoother transatlantic flights with United.
