Rented a car in Budapest through booking.com. I told the Sixt agent I only wanted to add an extra driver and cross-border option no extra insurance. He confirmed it.
Just got the invoice and found a €110 “windshield and tyre protection” fee added anyway. Emailed them saying it’s not legal to add services without consent, waiting on a reply now.
Anyone dealt with this before or have advice on how to push back?
