I travelled with Emirates from Singapore to New York via Dubai between 9th May and 15th May for my return.
Before departure, my flights were rescheduled three times. At one point, the automatic change created a 30-minute layover in Dubai International Airport (DXB), so I had to call the airline to adjust it, and they helped update it, which then reflected in the app.
It seemed like some schedule consolidation had taken place, as several flights were adjusted or combined. Out of my four total flights, three were swapped from A380 aircraft to B777.
Despite the changes, the overall experience was smooth with no major delays. All flights were full, and operations at Dubai airport appeared to be running normally.
A highlight was the free onboard WiFi, especially on the DXB–JFK sector, which I found surprisingly fast and reliable.
