I keep a small cheap nylon pouch inside my backpack. Before boarding, I toss everything I’ll want during the flight into it. Headphones, charger, snacks, meds, whatever.
When I get to my seat, I just grab the pouch and slide my backpack under the seat. No standing there digging around while people wait. Also means I never forget stuff in the seatback pocket anymore.
Tiny thing, but it’s made flights way smoother for me.
