Traveling as a family of five is already hectic, and things got worse when we realized at the airport that we had made name errors on our kids’ tickets.
What could have turned into a major issue was handled incredibly well by the Singapore Airlines ground crew. They stayed calm, didn’t make us feel uncomfortable, and clearly explained every step of the process while working to fix the issue.
Most of the tickets were corrected with standard change fees, while one required a higher charge due to a larger name discrepancy, which was understandable.
Overall, what felt like a stressful situation turned into a manageable one thanks to their professionalism, communication, and support.
