Flying ATL to TLH last week and there was an older couple trying to get home. They had first class originally, but on this leg only one of them ended up in FC.
The husband was up front and clearly wanted his wife to have a drink back in Comfort+. He kept asking the FA if she could take one back to her. It’s a super short flight so I get why that’s tricky.
Lexi handled it perfectly. She stopped by his seat and said something like, “I heard you were worried about your wife’s blood sugar and she might need some orange juice.” The guy looked confused and said no, I just wanted to send her a drink. His seatmate quickly caught on and said yes, she probably needs some orange juice.
Next thing you know, Lexi heads back with a mimosa for the wife.
Such a small thing, but it honestly made my day watching that play out. Thought it deserved a shoutout.
