I am trying to decide between two redemption options with Hilton Hotels & Resorts loyalty program. I already have a large points balance (close to one million points) and also currently hold one upgrade reward.
Now I am being offered a choice between another upgrade reward or 30,000 additional points. I am unsure which option provides better long-term value, especially since I already have one upgrade certificate available.
I would appreciate advice on whether it is generally better to accumulate more points or to take the additional upgrade reward in this situation.
