The video is from a passenger of the previous flight the plane made before it took off on its last flight and crashed. In other articles there's a video where you can see the plane take off, ascend for a while, stall and then rapidly descend resulting in the crash.
this reminds of when air Korea had major safety culture failures. A series of crashes made Korean Air a pariah in the aviation industry. In 1999, Delta and Air France suspended their code-share partnerships with Korean Air, temporarily severing their airline alliances. South Korea embarked on an effort to rehabilitate its air safety reputation. It hired a retired Delta executive to help overhaul training and hiring practices. By 2008, South Korea performed better than US airlines in the International Civil Aviation Organization's safety audit. Korean Air is today considered among the world's safest airlines, and is part of the international SkyTeam Alliance — which requires strict high levels of safety to join.

now can air India jump to embrace transparency and shift their culture quickly ?
immediately start everyone going through training. Make it public. High a safety czar. Be public about their short comings. Otherwise it won’t recover. They will see passengers not fly and need to go insolvent and rebrand.
