Shinkansen passenger grabbed my luggage by mistake, need help in Nagoya and Kyoto

I was on the Shinkansen and a passenger sitting next to me accidentally took my luggage when getting off at Nagoya.

I am supposed to continue my trip to Kyoto, but now my bag is gone with the wrong person. The luggage is very similar in color, so it looks like a genuine mistake.

Is there any way to get this sorted and have the bags exchanged back? My Japanese is very limited, so I am struggling to figure out what to do next and who to contact.

Any advice would be really appreciated.
