Lifetime Platinum here and this one really rubbed me the wrong way. We checked out at 4pm and the front desk told us we could wait in the Sheraton Club before heading to the airport since we’d checked in the night before after the club had already closed.
Got upstairs and were told it would be $50 per person just to sit there for about an hour. No food, no drinks, just access. Not worth arguing over, but it felt like pretty poor customer service given status and the situation.
Left a bad taste at the end of an otherwise fine stay.
