SFO–ICN Polaris vs SFO–NRT, which crew is better?

I’ve flown both a few times this year and honestly noticed a big difference. The NRT crews seem more attentive and polished, while ICN can feel a bit rushed.

Have you seen the same or if it just depends on the day.
